Stand construction & regulations

Stand design / General appearance

Each stand at FRUIT LOGISTICA must be equipped with at least floor covering and partition walls to the neighboring stands.

Stand sides adjoining visitor aisles must be open in design to document the open character as an exhibition stand of the event. The closed part of an aisle side may therefore not exceed 30%. A single walls hould not be longer than 5 meter at a time. These walls must be graphically designed or broken up by the installation of transparent showcases, niches, displays, etc.

The rear sides of stands over 2,50 meter high that border on neighbouring stands must be kept neutral so as not to impair the design of the neighbouring stand. The tenant is obliged to erect a joint-free, stable, white partition wall without a commercial statement against the directly adjacent neighbouring stand.

Please note: Only multistorey stands must be submitted for approval. All other stand constructions (regardless of the height) do not need to be submitted. However, if you still wish a prior check, you can submit your stand construction by choice.

Independent of the general supervision provided, we recommend that you arrange security for your stand to ensure that it are protected as the hall supervision service does not accept liability for any claims. In this context, please note that valuable objects should be protected, particularly during the setting up and dismantling phases.

Stand security services can be ordered at the BECO webshop. In accordance with Item 2.5 “Surveillance” of our Technical Guidelines stand guards may only be provided by the security company contracted by Messe Berlin.

We plan and design your individual stand with your input. Diverse Service-Partners are also available to help and advise with a genuine full service – for a completely successful presentation.

Messe Berlin / Capital Services GmbH takes over the complete design and implementation of the idea to design to realization. They offers the full range of technical and logistical services.
