The lost and found office is your point of contact for lost and found items. Our goal is to reunite lost property with its rightful owners while responsibly storing found items.

If you have any questions or need information about lost or found items, please contact us at +49 30 3038-1785. Location: Hall 21, porter's lodge.

In the case of lost or found items on the buses, please contact the hostess counters.

The Internetwache is also at your disposal.

Wheelchairs are available at the cloakroom at the Entrance Messe Süd. A deposit is required to obtain a wheelchair. Reservations can be made at fruitlogistica@messe-berlin.de.

For hotel bookings during the trade fair period, it is recommended to book as early as possible, as trade fair dates in Berlin often lead to high demand for accommodation and available options may be limited.

To find available hotels near the exhibition centre, you can use the official FRUIT LOGISTICA website to search for accommodation and compare prices.

The Berlin ExpoCenter City exhibition grounds have excellent connections to Berlin's public transport network.

Cab stations, subway stations, S-Bahn stations and bus stops are located at our entrance areas.

The easiest way to get to the exhibition grounds is by S-Bahn via the stations Messe Nord/ICC, Westkreuz (S41/42) or Messe Süd (S3/S9), as well as by U-Bahn (U2) via Kaiserdamm and various BVG bus lines via the Messedamm, ZOB and ICC stops.

A ticket for the AB fare zone is sufficient for the Berlin city area, but you will need the ABC fare zone to travel to or from the airport.

Please do not forget to validate your ticket on the platform before starting your journey.

Would you like to avoid long queues at the ticket machines and plan the quickest way to get to the exhibition grounds by public transport in advance of your visit?

Simply download the BVG Ticket app in advance from the Google Store or iOS Store.

Or combine your journey with public transport and use rental bikes, mopeds, or scooters from the Jelbi app for the first/last mile to/from the exhibition grounds.

Take advantage of our convenient shuttle bus service! All shuttle services are free of charge for our exhibitors and trade visitors.

Hotel bus shuttle
Our shuttle buses operate consistently every 15 minutes starting at 7:30 a.m., providing you with the flexibility to reach the exhibition center at your convenience.
It is also possible to utilize the shuttle buses after the trade fair concludes, starting from 5 p.m. onwards.

Additional bus services:
- Direction City West (Halensee, Zoologischer Garten): From the Entrance Messe Süd on 7 and 8 February from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
- Direction City East (Potsdamer Platz, Leipziger Straße, Markgrafenstraße, Alexanderplatz): From Entrance Messe Süd on 7 and 8 February from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Airport shuttle
We offer a shuttle service from BER airport so that you can get directly to the exhibition centre (Entrance Messe Süd, Entrance Hall 7, and Entrance Messe Nord). The bus stop at BER is located at bus stop B, next to car park 4. The bus runs every 30 minutes. You can find additional information in our airport shuttle plan.

Fairground Shuttle
During FRUIT LOGISTICA there is also a site shuttle within the exhibition grounds. Information on this can be found on the exhibition ground map.

The Federal Foreign Office informed the visa offices of German embassies and consulates worldwide in a mail decree dated July 2013 that a letter of invitation from the trade fair organizer is generally no longer required to apply for a trade fair visa (http://www.auma.de/).

If an embassy insists on a letter of invitation, please contact the representation in your country.

We invite you to After Work from Wednesday to Friday! Enjoy a drink at our bar and wind down after an exciting day at the trade show. Trade visitors with a Gold Upgrade receive a free drink.

• Wednesday and Thursday at the foyer between hall 1.1 and hall 2.1 and at the north entrance hall 19 from 4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Friday at the foyer between hall 1.1 and hall 2.1 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The FRUIT LOGISTICA app is your smart companion for your on-site visit. Favorites and networking contacts are seamlessly synchronized between the online platform and the app. The interactive hall plans will also be integrated into the app.

'Faces of Fresh Produce' is a project developed by Chris White from Fruitnet and photographer Yves Salmon to recognise the important role that people play in the global business of fresh fruit and vegetables.

The exhibition is located at the entrance to hall 27.

With our photobox you get the chance to create your own fruitful picture.

The FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award (FLIA) will be presented for the eighteenth time in 2024 by Messe Berlin GmbH and Fruitnet Media International.

It has become the most important award in the entire international fruit and vegetable industry.

In addition to the FLIA, the FLIA Technology will be awarded for the first time in 2024 for outstanding innovations in the Machinery & Technology sector. For the first time, there will also be guided tours of the innovations for the FLIA Technology.

On the first two days of the trade fair, you will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite at the FLIA and FLIA Technology special exhibitions.

The awards ceremony will take place on the last day of the fair at 2:00 p.m. between Halls 1.1 and 2.1.

Trade visitors can take part in exclusive guided tours of the FLIA Technology nominees free of charge.

The tours will take place on 7 and 8 February in the mornings and afternoons.

The guided tours for trade visitors are free of charge. The tours start in the FLIA Technology special exhibition in the foyer of Halls 1.1 and 2.1.

Due to limited capacity, online registration is strongly recommended. On-site registration cannot be guaranteed.

Our recommendation for the Thursday evening: Join the exclusive networking event for the fresh produce industry at ALICE Rooftop & Garden and enjoy the evening at their rooftop location.

The event will take place on Thursday, 8 February 2024 starting at 6 p.m. until 11.30 p.m.

After a long and successful day at FRUIT LOGISTICA, there is nothing better than to enjoy a cocktail, cold beer or wine in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Exchange ideas and take the opportunity to network with other industry professionals. All this, while enjoying the view of the city of Berlin from our spacious rooftop terrace.

From 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. drinks will be free! There will also be a selection of finger food.

There will be two Gold Lounges at FRUIT LOGISTICA 2024, which will be open exclusively to Gold Upgrade ticket holders.

These are located on the 1st floor Palais (near Hall 19) and in the Panorama room (between Hall 5.3 and Hall 6.3).

You can purchase the Gold Upgrade in addition to your ticket as in our ticket shop. However, the number of tickets is limited.

To visit us at FRUIT LOGISTICA 2024 as a trade visitor, you can book your ticket in advance via our ticket shop.

Please note that access to the FRUIT LOGISTICA trade fair is restricted to trade visitors only. Ticket sales and voucher redemption take place exclusively online. There are no box offices.

Enjoy signature drinks in a spectacular location and take the opportunity to network with our exhibitors and trade visitors in a relaxed atmosphere. Then round off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with DJ and band music.

Tickets are limited, so we recommend booking them as early as possible so as not to miss this great opportunity to kick off FRUIT LOGISTICA 2024 with a highlight.

The Berlin exhibition grounds are designed to be barrier-free. All entrances and halls are barrier-free.

Four entrances allow you to find your way around the exhibition grounds easily. Each entrance is strategically placed and offers different access points to the various exhibition areas.

Here is a brief overview:

• Hall 7 (Messedamm): Halls 7-10
• North Entrance (Masurenallee): Halls 11-18
• Hall 27 (Jafféstr.): Halls 25-27

This year we are once again offering the Meet & Eat. Exhibitors and trade visitors can reserve a table for business meetings in the Fruiteria restaurant (Palais am Funkturm, North Entrance) or in the restaurant in hall 27 and enjoy culinary delights while networking.

Table reservations cost EUR 50 per hour plus menu. Reservations for several hours are not possible.

In addition to the baby changing rooms on the premises, there is a separate nursing room in room Passau 10 (between Hall 1.2 and Hall 2.2).

The room is equipped with a changing unit, a diaper pail, and a nursing chair.

Limited parking spaces are available directly at the exhibition grounds, some of which are subject to a charge.

Parking lot P18 directly at the entrance to Hall 27 will be available for €15/day for the duration of the event (February 7-9, 2024).

The ICC multi-storey parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the North Entrance, will be available from February 6, 2024, for €15/day.

The parking spaces are also marked on our site plan.

Non-denominational prayer rooms are located in Hall 6.2, across the Summer Garden. Access is from the outside.

Pastoral care is also available upon request.

Muslim prayer room / Masjid: In “Großen Stern” on the 4th floor in rooms VIP 1 (men) and VIP 2 (women) (PDF, 57.4 kB).

The nearby restroom facilities are available for ablution before prayer.

Our Bavarian Bistro in Hall 26 (PDF, 286.8 kB) is a new addition to our catering program, where you can enjoy white sausage and meatloaf. We look forward to seeing you!

The Business Center of Messe Berlin GmbH offers exhibitors, visitors and stand constructors the following services, among others:
