As one of Turkey’s most technically advanced cold storage and packaging plants, Saraylim Agriculture is responsible for supplying consumers with fresh fruit and vegetables. Controlled storage systems featuring a dynamically regulated environment extend the products’ shelf life. Using state-of-the art technology, parameters such as temperature, humidity, oxygen, CO2 and nitrogen are digitally monitored around the clock. As the main supplier of supermarket chains, the company exports to many countries and regions including the Far East, CIS, Gulf region and Europe.
