Continuous innovation, meeting consumer expectations, overcoming societal challenges and always staying on a growth path. How does the Fresh Produce chain do this?

Year after year, the international fruit trade and the entire value chain make an immense contribution to the healthy nutrition of people worldwide. In many countries, fruit and vegetables are also important economic factors. But social developments and climate change are constantly redefining the framework conditions and presenting the industry with new challenges. FRUIT LOGISTICA's Fresh Produce Forum makes an important contribution to mastering these challenges.

Here, market figures and consumer behaviour are scrutinised, supplier countries, markets and the potential of individual products or ranges are analysed and the latest developments on topics such as digitalisation or packaging are presented.

In ten one-hour sessions, exhibitors and trade visitors can find out about the hot topics in the fresh produce trade and discuss solutions with international experts.
