Rights of use:

By submitting your contribution (text and image) for participation in the “FRUIT LOGISTICA Spotlights 2025”, the exhibiting / co-exhibiting company transfers to Messe Berlin a right of use, unlimited in time and space, to its contribution (text and images) and the associated copyrights and ancillary copyrights for all types of use in the national and international media of Messe Berlin. The grant includes the authorization of Messe Berlin to edit, store, reproduce, translate into foreign languages, archive and use the contribution in physical form in Germany and abroad or to reproduce it in non-physical form regardless of the respective transmission and carrier technologies, in particular in the following channels of Messe Berlin: website, press releases, newsletter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook. The exhibiting / co-exhibiting company assures Messe Berlin that the aforementioned rights exist and that they are not encumbered with third-party rights. If third parties assert an infringement of their rights through the use of the contribution (text and images), the exhibiting / co-exhibiting company shall indemnify Messe Berlin against all claims by third parties, in particular claims for copyright and personal rights infringements, upon first request. This includes any legal defense costs incurred by Messe Berlin. The exhibiting / co-exhibiting company warrants that it will cooperate with Messe Berlin to defend itself against any third-party claims.

Note: There is no entitlement to publication. We only accept editorially formulated texts in English or German. The form of presentation of the texts is neutral without advertising statements, direct address to the reader or quotations. Brochures, flyers, user reports or other documents that only contain general product information or company presentations will not be considered.
