General information

Berlin is one of the most dynamic international cities in the world. Berlin is "the place to be" in terms of tourism and business.

After an exhausting day of events, Berlin offers a wide range of incomparable cultural and leisure activities. It is not easy to choose between Europe's largest museum complex (UNESCO World Heritage Site), more than 50 theaters, 3 operas and numerous exhibitions.

Let yourself be fascinated by this lively city with its many different facets.

Excellent transport connections and a wide range of attractive hotelsoffering outstanding value for money make Berlin the ideal location for your event.

Arrival and departure

The Berlin ExpoCenter City exhibition grounds have excellent connections to Berlin's public transport network.

Cab stations, subway stations, S-Bahn stations and bus stops are located at our entrance areas.

The easiest way to get to the exhibition grounds is by S-Bahn via the stations Messe Nord/ICC, Westkreuz (S41/42) or Messe Süd (S3/S9), as well as by U-Bahn (U2) via Kaiserdamm and various BVG bus lines via the Messedamm, ZOB and ICC stops.

A ticket for the AB fare zone is sufficient for the Berlin city area, but you will need the ABC fare zone to travel to or from the airport.

Please do not forget to validate your ticket on the platform before starting your journey.

Would you like to avoid long queues at the ticket machines and plan the quickest way to get to the exhibition grounds by public transport in advance of your visit?

Simply download the BVG Ticket app in advance from the Google Store or iOS Store.

Or combine your journey with public transport and use rental bikes, mopeds, or scooters from the Jelbi app for the first/last mile to/from the exhibition grounds.

Take advantage of our convenient shuttle bus service! All shuttle services are free of charge for our exhibitors and trade visitors.

Hotel bus shuttle
Our shuttle buses operate consistently every 15 minutes starting at 7:30 a.m., providing you with the flexibility to reach the exhibition center at your convenience.
It is also possible to utilize the shuttle buses after the trade fair concludes, starting from 5 p.m. onwards.

Additional bus services:
- Direction City West (Halensee, Zoologischer Garten): From the Entrance Messe Süd on 5 and 6 February from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
- Direction City East (Potsdamer Platz, Leipziger Straße, Markgrafenstraße, Alexanderplatz): From Entrance Messe Süd on 5 and 6 February from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Airport shuttle
We offer a shuttle service from BER airport so that you can get directly to the exhibition centre (Entrance Messe Süd, Entrance Hall 7, and Entrance Messe Nord). The bus stop at BER is located at bus stop B, next to car park 4. The bus runs every 30 minutes.

Fairground Shuttle
During FRUIT LOGISTICA there is also a site shuttle within the exhibition grounds. Information on this can be found on the exhibition ground map.

Events and program

The FRUIT LOGISTICA app is your smart companion for your on-site visit. Favorites and networking contacts are seamlessly synchronized between the online platform and the app. The interactive hall plans will also be integrated into the app.

The FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award (FLIA) will be presented for the nineteenth time in 2025 by Messe Berlin GmbH and Fruitnet Media International.

It has become the most important award in the entire international fruit and vegetable industry.

On the first two days of the trade fair, you will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite at the FLIA and FLIA Technology special exhibitions.

The awards ceremony will take place on the last day of the fair at 1 p.m. between Halls 1.1 and 2.1.

The Gold Upgrade offers you a special and more comfortable experience during the FRUIT LOGISTICA. Here are the exclusive benefits you can expect with the Gold Upgrade:

Gold Lounges: Enjoy access to lounge areas in the north and south of the exhibition grounds. These spaces provide a relaxed atmosphere for networking or simply unwinding.

Fast Lane Access: Skip the lines with Fast Lane entry at the entrance to Hall 7, allowing you to reach the exhibition halls more quickly and smoothly.

Complimentary Cloakrooms: As a Gold Upgrade holder, you can use the cloakrooms at all entrances free of charge.

To visit us at FRUIT LOGISTICA 2025 as a trade visitor, you can book your ticket in advance via our ticket shop.

Please note that access to the FRUIT LOGISTICA trade fair is restricted to trade visitors only. Ticket sales and voucher redemption take place exclusively online. There are no box offices.
